Harris County, TX. – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash on Wednesday evening in Harris County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at around 6:15 p.m. on Beaumont Highway near C E King Parkway.
A 1989 Harley Davidson traveling westbound reportedly failed to control its speed and struck the rear of a Dodge Journey attempting to make a turn onto a private drive.
The vehicle then struck a tractor-truck and then the left side of the tractor-trailer.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
