One Killed in Port Lavaca Motorcycle Crash on Main Street at Warehouse Road
Port Lavaca, Texas – One person was killed Tuesday night in a motorcycle crash in Port Lavaca, according to the Port Lavaca Police Department.
The fatal crash happened around 9:45 p.m., June 4, at the intersection of Main Street and Warehouse Road.
Police said a passenger car was stopped at a stop sign at Warehouse Road and was attempting to make a left turn onto Main Street. A motorcycle was traveling westbound on Main Street when it struck the left front of the car.
The motorcyclist was taken to Memorial Medical Center where they were pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not been released.
The car driver and two juvenile passengers were uninjured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
