San Antonio, TX. – A man died after being struck by a car early Friday morning in San Antonio.
According to local police, the accident happened around 3 a.m. on Loop 410 between U.S. Highway 90 and Marbach Road.
The man was reportedly running across the highway when he was struck by a car.
The man died at the scene.
