Galveston, TX – One person was seriously injured Tuesday night in a scooter accident in Galveston, according to the police.
The accident happened around 10:25 p.m. on April 7 at the intersection of 45th Street and Avenue R 1/2.
Police said a Cadillac Escalade collided with a scooter at the intersection.
The rider of the scooter was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Cadillac driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
The police are investigating the accident.
