Irving, TX. – 43-year-old Ariel Sheree Holmes has been identified as the woman who died after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday morning in Dallas.
According to Irving police, the accident happened near the 3400 block of East State Highway 183 at around 2:17 a.m.
A pedestrian was walking in the roadway when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle. The vehicle stopped and was rear-ended by another vehicle.
Ariel Holmes was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police do not suspect impairment or speed as a factor in the crash.
