Isabel Morales and Robert Tobler Killed in Burnet County Two-Vehicle Crash on Texas 71 near CR 401
Burnet County, Texas – The two people who were killed on Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Burnet County have been identified as Isabel Jiminez Morales, 51, and Robert Byers Tobler, 70, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal crash happened on May 16, on Texas 71 near County Road 401.
DPS said two vehicles were involved in the crash.
Morales and Tobler were both pronounced dead at the scene.
Morales was a passenger in one of the vehicles and the driver of that vehicle was taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center for treatment.
The crash closed the highway for about three hours.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
