Austin, TX – The 16-year-old who was injured last Wednesday in a pedestrian accident in NE Austin has died, according to the police.
The accident happened just before 6:00 p.m. on April 1 at the intersection of Dessau Road and Shropshire Boulevard near Mi Casa Market.
Police said Ja’Corian Isaiah Helen was struck by a vehicle at the intersection and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Helen was pronounced dead on Saturday, April 4.
