Man Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Highway 211 and Highway 90
San Antonio, Texas – A man was killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal crash happened around 3:30 p.m., May 6, at the intersection of Highway 90 and Highway 211.
Deputies said a man was driving a box truck when he failed to stop at the intersection and was struck by an oncoming 18-wheeler.
The man was ejected from his truck and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The 18-wheeler driver was uninjured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
