Lubbock, TX. – 51-year-old Shawn Bowen died after being struck by a vehicle early Friday morning in Lubbock.
According to Lubbock Police Department, the accident happened in the 3000 block of 98th Street at around 3:41 a.m.
The officers who responded found Shawn lying on the road after being hit by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver involved fled the scene but was later located.
