Cedar Park Police said on Tuesday morning the two-vehicle collision happened on US 183A Toll Road near the Brushy Creek and Park Street overpass.
Cedar Park, TX— The Cedar Park Police Department has confirmed that the driver of a pickup truck died after colliding with a motorcycle in Cedar Park.
Authorities said the rider sustained serious injuries in the collision.
The identities of the victims were not immediately released pending next of kin notification.
The accident is under investigation.

Cedar Park, TX— One person is dead following a traffic collision that occurred overnight on the US 183A Toll Road in Cedar Park, authorities said.
Cedar Park Police said on Tuesday morning the two-vehicle collision happened on US 183A Toll Road near the Brushy Creek and Park Street overpass.
According to the Cedar Park Police Department, one person died in the accident. The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
One other person was hospitalized with serious injuries
The roadway was shut down due to the collision. Some lanes have since reopened but some remain impacted.

An investigation to determine the cause of the deadly wreck is underway. No additional information is available at this time.
